No Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Every portrait is custom-made to your specifications using your pet's photo and your chosen style and product. Because each item is personalized and produced on demand, we cannot resell returned items.
Unlimited Edits Before Approval
We include unlimited free revisions during the mockup stage. You do not pay until you approve the design. This ensures you are fully satisfied with the artwork before we print or produce anything. Take your time and request as many edits as you need until the portrait is exactly right.
Defects or Errors
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your approved mockup, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
